To use Student360, you can log in to:
https://russwstudent360.my.salesforce.com/

- Please make sure to choose “Log in with NetID”
- You can use S360 to search by student name to retrieve the RUID
- You can also search by RUID to locate the student
To use legacy Data Warehouse, you can log in to:
https://student360.ssw.rutgers.edu/
- Use “Student Search” to look up a student by name and find their RUID (in the search results, or by clicking on the student’s name)
- As of December 2025, the ability to enter “notes” (copy/pasted emails) into legacy DW has been turned off
- To view all “notes” for a student, including legacy notes and S360 “cases”, you should still use this system
To deposit an email conversation into the student record in S360:
- Choose your email and select Forward
- Make the email to practicum@ssw.rutgers.edu
- Add ##123123123 (the actual RUID, including the ##) to the END of the subject line
By doing this, as demonstrated the email will go into the system, the system will look up the student and “attach” the student to the case, and it will also close the case. All cases forwarded to practicum@ssw.rutgers.edu are viewable in the Practicum Queue.
