If you ever lose or forget it, I like to just go to student360.ssw.rutgers.edu and use the Salesforce link there.
The email address to forward, BCC, or send to is:
salesforce@ssw.rutgers.edu
It will work even if you don’t include an RUID… but then the Case is Open, and not attached to a student record.
When you forward, BCC, or send, make sure your subject line includes:
Subject line ##RUID
The double-hashtag is the “key” which tells the system to extract that RUID, look up the student, attach them to the case, and Close the case.
If you forget the RUID or get the RUID wrong, you can always go to the Cases page and the “Notes” list, and manually correct that record. You can even edit the Case Title (which is the subject line of the email).

Remember you can also “pin” the “Notes” list so that that is the view that always shows up for you when you select Cases from the menu.
Also don’t forget you can look up ALL student information in Salesforce, you don’t need to use the legacy site except to view note history.
