PTL Onboarding: Electronic Student Grading System (Rosters)
Submitting Final Grades
Rosters & the Electronic Student Grading System are used to submit final grades for all students at the end of the semester. This program automatically reflects information on student transcripts. Notifications of roster availability and deadlines to submit students' final grades will be sent by the SSW's Office of Student Affairs or Dottie Bennett.
Additional Grading System Info
Canvas and the Electronic Student Grading System are separate applications that do not communicate with one another. Therefore, you have to manually enter student letter grades in the grading system; they do not transfer over from Canvas' grading tool.
Prior to final grade submission, the Electronic Student Grading System will list all of your students with their picture and email address.
